Certainly agree with the gist of the article, i.e. that the CE concept currently is mostly silent on more socially oriented angles. Besides a matter of framing (what if we would start calling the model to strive for Circular Society iso economy..), I cannot think of any reason why the circular models would be exclusive by dfeinition. I think there is a much more logical alignment between social inclusiveness and circularity than not. The example of repair cafes, run by local crafts-oriented people is one very easy example.
